Roger Joyce –
The Black Garlic from Sally & Marcus at Sweet Water Farm is a triumph. Virgin olive oil, parsley and the Black Garlic with spaghetti
and Parmesan created a dish for the ages, in no time.
Colette Ward –
Only recently discovered Sweet Water Farm Black Garlic which we added to a pasta dish that had prawns and scallops and it gave it a new and exciting flavour. Ran out and bought a batch of it to make gifts for my friends, so they could enjoy the deep and long lasting flavour to add to their dishes.
Geoff Thompson –
Your black garlic is absolutely amazing! I’ve experimented on unsuspecting friends by mixing it up on a cheese plate, even though who profess to hate garlic, and everyone just loves it. They keep coming back for more until I say that’s your quota, no more!
Harriet Kaufman –
I have been a fan of black garlic for several years now – and have tracked down suppliers in New York and South America – however the best black garlic, by far, is Sweet Water Black Garlic from Australia, which I buy in bulk whenever I am there. The Sweet Water Black Garlic is large and moist, absolutely delicious and abundant in health properties. I eat it straight from the jar – but have also pureed it and serve it with salads, on toast, with cheese …. LOVE IT!

We had the black garlic at Christmas time on a rice cracker with slice of brie cheese and it was a huge hit. It was so simple to prepare and the black garlic has such a lovely flavour. It will certainly be on the menu when hosting guests in the future.

“Black Gold” once meant truffle. It could now well mean Black Garlic.
